8 Facts about Kasumi!

Fact One

Kasumi's mother, Tomoe, was the one who named her. 霞 (Kasumi) means mist and 照美 (Terumi) means glowing beauty. The glowing beauty of the mist is a sarcastic name since Kasumi was never known by her beauty, which was pretty average for a Terumi unlike her sister Mei.

 

Fact Two 

While she was an excellent kunoichi, Kasumi was terrible at house working especially at cooking. She lost her sense of taste when she became a genin and since then she was never able to cook a single delicious meal, not matter how easy the recipe was. She was no wife material.

 

Fact Three

Kasumi was very short. Academy kids and enemies used to underestimate her because of this. She always got angry whenever this happened. She channeled that hate and gave her shape in her bloodlust.

 

Fact Four

Even though Kasumi was very good at Ninjutsu she was never able to defeat Kushimaru Kuriarare, her teammate and closest friend in Kirigakure. This stressed her out till she was defeated by Itachi and move on to another kind of competitive spirit.

Fact Five

Kasumi and Mei used to visit the bamboo forest near the village and collect herbs and plants, they also used to train skills like tracking, stealth and marksmanship. This and the fact that she always loved reading about jutsus and strategy books gave her a lot of experience at a short age.

Fact Six
After she lost her teammates and sensei, Kasumi lost her bloodlust. Later on, she killed her father because it was necessary in order to protect her clan, no from an outside danger but from its own Mizukage. Yagura was being manipulated by Obito by then. She vowed to kill Yagura when she was fleeing. 

Fact Seven 
Deidara and Kasumi's friendship was the strongest no-romantical relationship she had after leaving Kirigakure. She admired his passion for art and the fact that, no matter what other people may think or say, he stayed loyal to what he loved. She also thought he was very interesting and funny.

Fact Eight
The only no ninja related thing she was good at was singing she started doing it for the clan funerals as tradition commands but then was kind of a hobby for her.
